We are looking for properties primarily in the Sacramento metro area to invest in. If you have a single family home or multifamily residential property, we are interested to buy it from you regardless of the condition. If your property fits our investing criteria, we will work with you to find the best possible solution for you, and take care of all the paperwork associated with the sale.
If you have a house in a bad condition and want to sell it, we even offer partnership agreements, which means we fix up your house to the maximum market value, sell it and in exchange you only need to share the profit with us. We'll take care of everything. You will be able to sell the house quicker and make more money on the process.
We are looking for investors
If you have spare capital and would like to invest in real estate, we would like you to contact us. We are always searching the market for properties to purchase and we are creating partnerships with investors like you to fund these purchases. We have different agreements for different investors.
